I’ve officially left Revision Land! So long! It was nice while it lasted. In fact, I had so much fun that I stayed up until 3 am night after night, I was having so much fun! Who needs sleep? Not me! LOVE STRUCK is officially back with my editor and I’m on vacation!
You’d think after getting home from one vacation I’d want to lay by the pool…

and clean the house…
But, well, I don’t have a pool.
And Ellen is in repeats.
And cleaning? Come on. I just finished my revisions. I’m tired! I deserve a break!
So the hubs, my dad and my stepmom are headed on our annual GOLFACATION!
I’m not sure it can compete with last year’s trip. Determined to find the BEST. DEAL. EVER., we took tips from a bunch of guys from my dad’s curling club who swore they had the BEST. PLACE. EVER. for a golf getaway.
My stepmom and I were the only women there. When you rounded the first nine on the golf course, there was a BREW-THRU, where the drink girl would fill up your cart with a cooler of 6 beers for $9. That is, if you didn’t already get your beer before you started (what’s wrong with beer for breakfast?).
But the best part was the bar. More importantly, the revolving bar. As in, you sit in a barstool at the circular bar and you and the bar revolved around the bartenders in the middle, total 70s style.
It rocked our trip.
This year, we’re trying somewhere new in upstate New York. There may not be a revolving bar, but I am sure there’ll be stories.

Oh yeah! Forgot to ask about the golfacation. Definitely need to hear the stories soon. Also want to know where the last location was, I could use a spin around a bar.
